  Would not recommend using Dawn at Master Cuts at International Mall. Not only was she rude but she couldn't do a basic haircut on a very well behaved 2yr old. My sons hair is literally an inch higher from the left side to the right(it looks like he cut it himself). In addition Dawn has no idea how to properly blend hair. I intend to fix this disaster of a haircut today.
  
  I gave this place 3 stars because the other staff members were very kind but Dawn deserves a 1 star rating.
  
  I wish I could post a picture here of how bad his hair is but I guess pictures aren't allowed at this time.
