  Have been visiting Chill Therapy at least twice weekly for the last year plus. Between the cryo and flotation, I have been able to increase and improve my workouts, strength and flexibility - they all work, especially for this 60yo + body! . The monthly cryo package is the best deal for more acute issues, I think. This therapy helped me hike nearly the entire Appalachian Trail to which I return shortly, due to complete this summer.
