  I am from Nebraska originally and have been trying to find a good nail salon in comparison to the excellence I am used to. I find myself at loss. The usual for shellac manicure is removal with cotton ball dipped in acetone, placed on the nail and wrapped in tin foil around each individual nail to soak and then a utensil is used to slide the polish off.
  
  This salon has you soak you entire hands in acetone that they use for more than one person and then they take an electric sander to the polish which ruins your real nail!!! Never once was I told to wash my hands in between. No nail care was preformed such as: cutical softening and trimming or lotion. My nails were literally sanded down and then filed for 30seconds to round. New shellac placed and I was done. He didn't even sand them after to clean up my skin attached to my nail or clean under my nail in any way.
  I had my daughter in, who is 4, and had her nails and toenails painted only. The board says $8 for painting and $20 for gel polish. They charged me $35 basically for us to get our nails painted is how I see it!
  I'm outraged at the service!
